It took us almost 9 months to complete. Bev was amazing throughout! Gave us Constant updates, answered any questions we had, found out any information for us quickly, overall went above and beyond!She also helped us with information we needed with our tenancy (as we were tenants with Redman Casey too), we were worried about it overlappingwith our house purchase. Very professional service. Dealt with Daniel mainly booking viewings. He was always prompt at giving feedback, told me the position of the people viewing via email and on the phone. I contacted Redman Casey in June 2021 with a view to provide a valuation to sell my property. David Redman listened to what I wanted, did not give me any "sales" talk, but advised me on what my options were and gave me a realistic and professional view on what price I could expect to get for my property. It took no time at all for me to decide to engage the services of Redman Casey, and this was the best decision I could have made. The property was sold within 5 days, thanks to Redman Casey marketing the property effectively, and securing viewings. The accompanied viewing service is brilliant. Once the offer was accepted, the level of customer care and communication was nothing short of outstanding. I received constant phone calls with updates so I knew were things were up to, Beverley Shepherd is an asset to Redman Casey and her input in ensuring customer care is maintained should not be underestimated.
